coplaypl Posted December 15, 2015 Posted December 15, 2015 Yes, I was bad - I didn't log in last month. Got the notice last week - tried logging in Saturday, but that didn't work I tried resetting the password - that didn't work either. Came in today -same thing. Tried resetting the password, that's not working either. What can I do? Username: coplaypl Somebody please help - I'm going out of my mind trying to fix this! Quote
yashrs Posted December 15, 2015 Posted December 15, 2015 Account was inactive. Manually unsuspended. Quote
coplaypl Posted December 15, 2015 Author Posted December 15, 2015 I just got another email with a confirmation code - it's not working. I still can't get in. Quote
wolstech Posted December 15, 2015 Posted December 15, 2015 You were suspended again for inactivity because yashrs forgot to change the login date when he unsuspended you. Try using your original password now. If it doesn't work, try resetting it again. If it still won't work after that, let me know and I'll email you a new password. Quote
yashrs Posted December 15, 2015 Posted December 15, 2015 Oh, so sorry @wolstech for the double work. I assure I won't forget changing the date next time Quote
wolstech Posted December 15, 2015 Posted December 15, 2015 No problem yash, I forget about that step as well. The first day this issue appeared, I did the entire forum then realized it and had to redo it an hour later when someone said it still didn't work. Quote
coplaypl Posted December 16, 2015 Author Posted December 16, 2015 Bless you - it worked! I guess I spoke too soon. I'm into my account, but my library website won't show our card catalog: Message: Internal Server Error- it says to contact the server administrator - webmaster@coplaypl.heliohost.org Also a 404 Not Found Error was encountered. I'd copy/paste the entire message - but it won't copy into the message. www.coplaypubliclibrary.org coplaypl Quote
wolstech Posted December 16, 2015 Posted December 16, 2015 I don't see any error at all. Your catalog is working fine. I see this for a search for Shakespeare: https://www.dropbox.com/s/jpqo6wkz5dwum9s/Screenshot%202015-12-16%2015.13.0.png?raw=1 Quote
