Passwords/login Failures

Hello,

 

Some time ago I started experiencing login trouble. The site (stevie) constantly reported that my password was invalid. I reset the password numerous times, but to no avail. Today I tried again, and logged in successfully, but then after about 5-10 mins on my cPanel page, a refresh brought me back to the login page, which again failed to allow the login.

 

Can you please do something to allow my to log back into my account so I can set my emails, etc. As it stands I can access nothing.

What's your account's username?

 

Also, have you tried a different browser and PC?

cPanel: ginygaje

domain: culwood.com

Account username should be the cPanel name. I have not tried with other browsers or machines, but I'm not sure why that should be relevant.

Nevermind. It still doesn't work. I've migrated to another hosting service.
