wolstech
We don't keep backups either, so there is nothing to restore. It's possible that krydos made one before our recent repairs, but generally we cannot restore lost databases for you.
wolstech
This support request is being escalated to our root admin.
Krydos
The database tj0001_wp896 should now be visible to your root mysql account. You may need to delete, recreate, and reassign permissions to any database users that should have access to the affected database. If phpmyadmin doesn't log in properly or you don't see the database there change your account password and this should sync up the mysql/cpanel passwords. Let us know if you're still having any issues accessing your data.
tj0001
Hi Krydos, Thanks for your reply. After having changed the password, I can now login to phpmyadmin and see the database. I also changed th password in my wp-config accordingly but I still cannot connect to the database - From mysql menu, the database is showing as having a zero size, so what should I do now please? Thank you.
