amdc2 Posted November 4, 2015 Posted November 4, 2015 I have the same problème. an Admin helps me to retourn to theme X3.but when I entered to cpanel. I found all database empty. my username : amdcdatabase : amdc_amdc I have one comment. usually, when I go to phpmyadmin, I enter directly. now it asks for a password. and I am unable to Log in.thanks
wolstech Posted November 4, 2015 Posted November 4, 2015 Change your cPanel password then log out and in again. Once you do that, Phpmyadmin will work. Please let us know if you cannot see them in phpmyadmin. cPanel showing them as empty is normal. Mine show as 0.00MB but have tons of data and work fine.
amdc2 Posted November 4, 2015 Author Posted November 4, 2015 yes phpmyadmin works but not see them in.
wolstech Posted November 4, 2015 Posted November 4, 2015 This support request is being escalated to our root admin.
amdc2 Posted November 4, 2015 Author Posted November 4, 2015 Ok ! I will waiting . and hope you recover my database.thanks.
Krydos Posted November 4, 2015 Posted November 4, 2015 The database amdc_amdc should now be visible to your root mysql account. You may need to delete, recreate, and reassign permissions to any database users that should have access to the affected database. If phpmyadmin doesn't log in properly or you don't see the database there change your account password and this should sync up the mysql/cpanel passwords. Let us know if you're still having any issues accessing your data.
