mstratfo Posted October 24, 2015 Posted October 24, 2015 Hello there, I'm having problems with my databases on Stevie, however they are not hidden, and are both shown in the cPanel MySQL databases section. They both show 0MB in size, and my Wordpress installations show the classic 'Error establishing a database connection' page. My phpMyAdmin install on the Stevie server also looks broken, it looks like the image attached. My username is mstratfo and my database names are: mstratfo_computing and mstratfo_wp Thanks for the the help!
wolstech Posted October 24, 2015 Posted October 24, 2015 This support request is being escalated to our root admin.
Krydos Posted October 24, 2015 Posted October 24, 2015 The databases listed should now be visible to your root mysql account. You may need to delete, recreate, and reassign permissions to any database users that should have access to the affected databases. If phpmyadmin doesn't log in properly or you don't see the database there change your account password and this should sync up the mysql/cpanel passwords. Let us know if you're still having any issues accessing your data.
mstratfo Posted October 25, 2015 Author Posted October 25, 2015 The databases are working now yes! Thanks! I am still finding the phpMyAdmin is very temperamental, sometimes bringing up a 500 chrome error, sometimes the attached image before, and it rarely actually logs in.
