misc314 Posted October 24, 2015 Posted October 24, 2015 Hello HelioHost, I have a few databases that can't be edited. Could you please restore them? They are showing 0.00 Mb and once I removed a user, they can't be added back. Username: misc314Server: Stevie (dedicated server)Database: misc314_adserverstatus, misc314_kendolist, misc314_projects, misc314_wpblogURL: http://misc314.com Thank you very much for your time. And congratulations for the update. I can't be more excited about this. No more down time!
Tjoene Posted October 24, 2015 Posted October 24, 2015 This support request is being escalated to our root admin.
Krydos Posted October 24, 2015 Posted October 24, 2015 The databases listed should now be visible to your root mysql account. You may need to delete, recreate, and reassign permissions to any database users that should have access to the affected databases. If phpmyadmin doesn't log in properly or you don't see the database there change your account password and this should sync up the mysql/cpanel passwords. Let us know if you're still having any issues accessing your data.
misc314 Posted October 24, 2015 Author Posted October 24, 2015 Thank you. For closure:It didn't do the trick so I changed my account password to the same password again. Now I can log into phpmyadmin. After noticing all my data are intact although it says 0.00 MB, I did a few tests and finally deleted the database user and recreated them. Works like a charm.
