Username = paladox website = simple-random-wikisaur.tk server = stevie.
paladox2014 Posted May 10, 2015 Author Posted May 10, 2015 Hi problem still happening wont let you see any of your tables nor database.
wolstech Posted May 10, 2015 Posted May 10, 2015 This was supposed to be looked into a while back...not sure what happened there. Escalating again.
Krydos Posted May 12, 2015 Posted May 12, 2015 It works for me on my Stevie account. Is there any particular instructions you can give me to reproduce the error? Does it always show that error for you, or just intermittently? Do you consent to me changing your cpanel password so I can log into your account specifically to see if I can reproduce the error?
paladox2014 Posted May 13, 2015 Author Posted May 13, 2015 well if you go to phpadmin through cpanel in steview and login then when you get the the phpadmin page the left sidebar shows an error and clicking on database shows an error screen. Hi I consent you to change my password and log in to see error. username for phpadmin is paladox_admin and log into cpanel is paladox. I always get the error now. was working a few months ago.
paladox2014 Posted May 15, 2015 Author Posted May 15, 2015 Try reinstalling phpmyadmin to see if that fixes problem.
wolstech Posted May 15, 2015 Posted May 15, 2015 Phpmyadmin is working fine on Stevie for me. I'm willing to bet your specific account is just broken. Is there a specific error message you get, or is it just blank?
paladox2014 Posted May 16, 2015 Author Posted May 16, 2015 It shows the default screen on ie that this page cannot be displayed.
paladox2014 Posted May 16, 2015 Author Posted May 16, 2015 Hi I tried deleting my account on stevie and creating a new one on stevie but same error on phpmyadmin. Probly is a config error or softwere error. please try reinstalling phpmyadmin or MySQL because it is a problem and not my account. Please view error in images in files below 3rd image is after clicking on database. It seems the errors got to do with missing files. I think either parts of MySQL files are missing or cpanel files are missing or phpmyadmin files are missing. It maybe missing reference for :2082 in reference for phpmyadmin. Hi see if updating to latest 11.34.x fixes problem or 11.38 probably 11.38 because 11.34 is no longer updated. The same cpanel version johnny uses. Or upgrade cpanel to 11.38 to match johnny. Shoulden link look likehttp://stevie.heliohost.org:2082/cpsess1947576717/3rdparty/phpMyAdmin/index.php not like http://stevie.heliohost.org:2082/3rdparty/phpMyAdmin/index.php on stevie. 11.40 add support for ipv6 support.
paladox2014 Posted May 17, 2015 Author Posted May 17, 2015 On sidebar of phpmyadmin I opended up properties and this is what it says as link res://ieframe.dll/dnserrordiagoff.htm#http://stevie.heliohost.org:2082/3rdparty/phpMyAdmin/navigation.php?token=570218cf9b06c24a585b2395ae97409a which is wrong because res://ieframe.dll/dnserrordiagoff.htm# stands for an error in link. It says there is a dns error in phpmyadmin. This is the link for sidebar for johnny http://johnny.heliohost.org:2082/cpsess5363881087/3rdparty/phpMyAdmin/index.php#PMAURL-0:index.php?db=&table=&server=1&target=&lang=en&collation_connection=utf8_general_ci&token=a896a0b39087a433937c6ae303f1484b Johnny is running phpmyadmin 4.0.5. so if stevie is updated to phpmyadmin 4.0.5 it may fix problem. http://www.codeproject.com/Questions/523754/Howplustoplusfixplusthisplusissueplus-aplusres-a
Krydos Posted May 18, 2015 Posted May 18, 2015 Your password has been changed, I logged in with the new password, and phpmyadmin on your account works perfectly for me. The new password has been mailed to the contact email address associated with your account. The problem is NOT with the server or upgrades or reinstalling or mysql or cpanel or phpmyadmin or missing files or tables or databases or accounts or configuration or ipv6 or dns or anything else that you suggested that I missed. The problem MAY be with your browser, or your router, or your computer, or something else that is specific to you. I suggest trying to connect to phpmyadmin from another location on another internet connect, or another computer, or another browser to try to narrow down and troubleshoot what the problem might be. The server and everything on our end is working as expected.
