softlab Posted December 2, 2014 Posted December 2, 2014 Hi. I posted a request for deploying a Java application on November, 29th; the answer was I do not have Java enabled.I requested Java enabled before last summer, I was answered the abilitation should be active on November, 23rd; I rewrote on June, 26th and Krydos answered on August, 13th I should have Java in 24 hours. What's the problem? Thank you
wolstech Posted December 2, 2014 Posted December 2, 2014 Have you been suspended for any reason (including for inactivity) since August 13th? You lose Java when you are suspended or when your account becomes inactive.
softlab Posted December 2, 2014 Author Posted December 2, 2014 No, I connect regularly to control panel max every 10 days. I have connected via FTP to my site, too. Why do not I have Java enabled now?
softlab Posted December 3, 2014 Author Posted December 3, 2014 As I connect regularly to control panel and FTP, is it possible to know why Java has been disabled?
wolstech Posted December 3, 2014 Posted December 3, 2014 Krydos might be able to tell you. @Krydos: Was he suspended or something? He claims he wasn't, and is curious as to why he lost his java.

Krydos Posted December 5, 2014 Posted December 5, 2014 It looks like java was last installed on your account on August 13th. You didn't use your java a single time, nor did anyone access any jsp pages or servlets on your account over the next month, therefore java was automatically removed on September 13th to make room for people who actually use it. Sorry, but it isn't really fair for all of the people waiting in the queue to be unable to use java when someone who does have java enabled isn't even using it. Unfortunately just having java installed on your account uses up system resources (whether you're actually using it or not) and prevents others from being able to even have it installed. TLDR: Use it, or lose it.
