Problem On Login To Cpanel

I've 2 websites named sgjava.tk (Johnny) & sgservices.tk (Stevie). When I'm trying to login to cPanel with correct details I'm getting the error "Login attempt failed" or sometimes "Invalid login". The problem is on my both websites. What is the reason for the errors?

Not sure what's going on with the Johnny account. Try resetting your password.

 

The Stevie account is suspended for inactivity. It should work if you renew it first.

No thanks, I've got my password in my email which was created by cPanel. Thanks Sir. And, Sir, I'm getting "500 Internal Error" again when opening a .aspx file on johnny.
