wolstech Posted August 11, 2014 Share Posted August 11, 2014 Something strange is going on with this account. It's showing as active but is in fact suspended when you visit it. Normally I can just manually unsuspend it again, but that didn't fix it. I had accounts the other day do the same exact thing and Krydos had to fix it. @Admins: Manually unsuspending the active account didn't work, nor did suspending it then unsuspending it again. Krydos Posted August 11, 2014 Share Posted August 11, 2014 The account is not suspended, but for some reason that domain has an A record which points to Johnny even though the account is located on Stevie. http://bybyron.net/php/tools/dns_records.php?domain=ptg.co.in&rec=A @kawish, did you manually set that A record? If so your account is located at 216.218.192.170 not 64.62.211.131 @admins, the admin control panel seems to be suspending/unsuspending accounts just fine.
