Database Error.

Today I tried to install some stuff on webhoster, but it seems I have some problem with the Database I get a message when I try to enter my database details here is the screenshot

Username or password is incorrect. I'd start by making sure the user exists and is assigned to the database in cpanel.

I checked my username and password, its correct and btw I have created .tk domain. I have waited four days and I cant connect to it via FTP too

Please post the following information:

• Your cPanel username
  
• Your main domain
  
• The server that you are on
  

Also, your username and password both are case-sensitive.

That domain is not yet registered. You need to register the domain and then point the nameservers to Heliohost's nameservers(ns1.heliohost.org & ns2.heliohost.org). If you were using that domain to connect to FTP, this was the reason you were not able to connect.

if the server has downtime ,can we still acess our website?

if the server is down no. .tk domains are free so you can register one and then add ns1.heliohost.org and ns2.heliohost.org when you need to pint your domain to a namserver.
