Johnnyc. ramlani.heliohost.orgI queued up yesterday and I haven't been able to check my status in the queue using the link given in the email. It says I don't even have a username and that I should sign up a new account. So I did that again today and it said that the username already exists (I assume that I"m in the queue then). The problem is I just can't see my number in the queue with the given link/php script.

wolstech Posted June 26, 2014 Posted June 26, 2014 Did you receive an email with an error message? If so, can you post that email? As yashrs said, the account doesn't exist. Either way, try signing up again.

The other email with the error message said something along the lines of this account name already exists (I deleted it sorry!). That was when I tried to signup a second time on it. wolstech Posted June 26, 2014 Posted June 26, 2014 It probably hasn't been deleted fully yet. Give it 24 hours then sign up again. If it fails a second time, try a different username.
