Can't Make Stevie Account

Hey all,

 

EDIT: I have since tried to make a Johnny account with the same credentials (different email though). It is giving me the same error as Stevie.

 

I've been trying to make a Stevie account for some time now. Probably about a week.

Every time I sign up, I get an error. Doesn't give me an error code, I just submit the info and it tells me there has been an error, and to try again later. And every time I try again later, it tells me the limit has been passed.

My info:

Username- becool, firecool, firesafe (tried 3 in case they were taken)

Password- 10+ characters, 1 capital, 1 number

Domain- becoolaboutfiresafety.com (I own it already)

Email- steveisnon@gmail.com

Captcha was correct all 20+ times I've tried.

Running Google Chrome on a Chromebook. Cleared all browsing data and tried on multiple IP addresses.

 

Any idea what I should do? I need the uptime, so Stevie is my only option.

EDIT: I no longer care about uptime, my concern is bandwidth.

To prevent the server getting overloaded from masses of new accounts, we put a limit on the number of people who can signup which resets daily. The system resets at 12:00 PST. To find out when to signup, go to http://byrondallas.heliohost.org/helio/sign-up.php

Yashrs pretty much answered it. Try immediately after midnight pacific time and it'll likely work. Stevie usually hits quota for the day within a few hours.

Alright, I'll try. Unfortunately, that's about 4 in the morning for me. I'll do it this weekend.

I think the earliest I've tried is 6am, and even this errored.

So if the server is processing new accounts (waiting on confirmation emails etc) then it will error, but if they are confirmed it will just say past quota, right? Only thing that makes sense to me. It has said both (at different times).

I just tried making a Johnny account, and no dice. Same error as Stevie.

This is now "Can't make an account".
