After Today's Downtime...

So after today's downtime, my website says:

Server load: 1.86, 1.53, 1.34

 

Before downtime, it was close to:

Server load: 70, 60, 50~ish

 

was server restarted? feels faster now

Not sure if it was restarted or not, but I agree that it does feel faster.

 

I'm curious as to what the downtime was for...
