Can't access phpmyadmin nor mysql on website , i got error #1045 Cannot log in to the MySQL server,when i want to access phpmyadmin and mysql on website doesnt work, also before this i got website error that my webiste is using too much heliohost resources,

 

i need to at least ,export my data from database tnx

If it still doesn't work, try changing your password in cPanel. When you change it, be sure the box for "allow MySQL password change" is checked. After that, log out, then back in and try again.
