[Solved] How To Create An Empty Postgresql Database?

When I create a new database, there is a lot of tables and sequences with pp0508, formento, mtjiran, dotacorp and secko007_postgre as owners, so I can't delete them. Is there a way to get rid of it, like for example, creating these owners?

Very few people (if anyone) knows much of anything about pgsql. What I can say is that the few times I have used it, my database also had things in them that I didn't own.

Those are the default tables. Ignore them.
