Yesterday I installed Sugar in http://crmsal.heliohost.org/, but after first run ok, showing Sugar installation, the server displayed the same error.

Look for any error_log files in that directory where SugarCRM is installed and post the contents here. If you don't find any, then try deleting all the files in that directory and re-installing.

Then it's probably a memory limit. How much does SugarCRM need?

EDIT: I found it.

Increase the memory limit to 384M or higher for 32-bit installations, 768M or higher for 64-bit installations, for demo data installations.

Ok, Johnny php memory limit has been increased to 384M. Let us know if it still isn't working and we can try increasing it a bit more.

@tjoene: That topic you linked is the same person. It was OP's prior attempt at having this fixed. He probably started this one because someone locked his topic over in escalated requests despite it not being fixed.

How are we supposed to know that it's still broken unless the user tells us? Generally the way things work is people only visit the forums and only post when something isn't working, and if it starts working most people never come back to tell us that it's fixed. Maybe it's an overly optimistic outlook, but hearing nothing from the users means I assume it's fixed. Solved threads stay open for at least 48 hours giving the user a chance to say it still isn't working and keep the topic alive. We used to leave threads open and unsolved until the user posted that it was fixed and it resulted in a very messy forum with a large percentage of threads with an unknown status.

I merged the identical threads, and it is currently not marked as solved. Anyone have any other ideas why this wouldn't be working? 768M memory is a ridiculously large amount already.

I installed sugarcrm with softaculous on my Johnny test account and it works fine for me: http://krydos1.heliohost.org/sugar Did you ever try reinstalling it since I increased the memory limit to 768M?
