Except for when i run a DNS report it tells me i have no reverse DNS set up for my mailservers. How would I set up this on heliohost's side AND on HE's side? While diagnosing a similar issue on Stevie http://www.helionet.org/index/topic/17760-solved-reverse-dns-for-stevieheliohostorg/ I discovered and fixed this problem too.
