[Solved] Can't Access My Account/homepage From Certain Address (From Home)

I have a peculiar problem.

 

One time heliohost was down and I couldn't reach my page (www.matfynd.nu). After a while, it came back up again, but since then, I can't reach it from home, neither log on to my cpanel.

 

When I do a tracert call on my page, it times out on

connex-internet-services-inc.gigabitethernet6-4.core1.fmt1.he.net [216.218.217.178] (in trace 12)

Is this your server?

This is the last stop before 216.218.192.170 (which is the homepage). I can reach it from other places, not just from my home network (tried different browsers and computers).

 

As I can get 12 trace steps, I certainly can go pass my router. I've tried to flush my dns with no luck. I tried a factory reset on the router. No luck.

 

Does any kind soul know what I should do, or have any suggestions? :-)

I wouldn't be surprised if Stevie's firewall accidentally blocked your home network's IP address...it happens sometimes.

 

An admin can tell you for sure and unblock if needed.

Check your .htaccess file in public_html for any Deny statements and remove them. Also check the IP Deny Manager in cPanel. I am also able to view your site fine.

Ehm... it might be, it seems like I can't reach my account at all now.

Has something happened to it? I try to reset the password to my e-mail (gmail) but no e-mail is showing up. I've checked the spam folder as well.

Now everything's working again. Did you do some magic, 'cause I haven't done anything, it just started working.
