AverageJoe Posted March 18, 2007 Posted March 18, 2007 Yes but you don't want all the posts to just be"lol" "cool." The amount of helions per post is fine the way it is. The main reason for the helions (I think) is so that we will stay active and help out noobs when the admins/mods are off line.

It's intended to spread knowledge. It just so happens that some of us know info that usually a mod. would answer so it all works out.
battlelands Posted March 21, 2007 Posted March 21, 2007 Well every helion a user here can earn is really helpful but if to make earning helions too easy then it would result in one user having hundreds of webpages full of spam and... everything would be chaos. But if you make a topic it would be good to get 15 helions instead of 10 so I actually support it.

AverageJoe Posted March 22, 2007 Posted March 22, 2007 I think that he was referring to the amount relative the amount of time, there would be more helions to gain in a shorter period of time.(assuming your computer isn't infinitely fast) I think the helion amount is fine. Could you make it so that you earn helions by the amount of characters you post, that should make them contribute to the post more.
