TrickPixel Games Posted January 31, 2013 Posted January 31, 2013 My website was suspended about two days ago. It could be because of a program I wrote to download files. Website: trickpixelgames.heliohost.orgServer: Stevie I can't login, it says my account doesn't exist, and if i try to reset my password it will say the same thing.

TrickPixel Games Posted January 31, 2013 Author Posted January 31, 2013 When I make a backup, is it just the "public_html"? Because I downloaded "public_html" as a zip, unzipped it, and it returned no threats found.
Krydos Posted February 1, 2013 Posted February 1, 2013 Your account is showing up as clean now. Thank you for taking care of this. If you (or someone else) didn't change anything it might be the same false positive related to http://www.helionet.org/index/topic/14698-solved-suspended-toast/
TrickPixel Games Posted February 1, 2013 Author Posted February 1, 2013 Thank you, I was about to claim it as a false-positive.
