I saw a previous topic that was posted here: http://www.helionet.org/index/topic/7518-mail-function-php-is-not-working/and saw that the fix was that the /Var partition had to be cleaned up. and I am experiencing the same issues as the poster in that thread However the /Var partition has 181 MB (0.2 GB) should that be enough or does it need cleaning out again?
