coexist Posted December 4, 2012 Share Posted December 4, 2012 a. your HelioHost username:coexist b. the server your account is on:Johnny c. your HelioHost main domaincoexist.heliohost.org I didn't log in for over 30 days and then had difficulty connecting to Johnny to reactivate. I think I've sucessfully sent the request to reactivate at least twice now but I still get the account suspended notice. Krydos Posted December 4, 2012 Share Posted December 4, 2012 Yes, your account was suspended for inactivity. No, you didn't do anything wrong. The reactivation tool has been having issues related to the recent DNS issues. Your account has been manually unsuspended.
