a. your HelioHost username: coexist b. the server your account is on: Johnny c. your HelioHost main domain coexist.heliohost.org I didn't log in for over 30 days and then had difficulty connecting to Johnny to reactivate. I think I've sucessfully sent the request to reactivate at least twice now but I still get the account suspended notice. Is there another reason my account was suspended or am I doing something wrong to get it up again? Thanks for your help!
