Heliohost main domain: www.emerald-planet.org I think the reason my account was suspended was because I (temporarily) went past the storage size available, and the reason for that was because I made a full backup of the website and that is instantly stored on the webhost, but I delete the older backup to make space for the new one. Krydos Posted September 18, 2012 Share Posted September 18, 2012 Yes, your account was suspended for using 788 MB which is greater than the 500 MB you're allowed to use. Krydos Posted September 19, 2012 Share Posted September 19, 2012 One idea would be to delete your old backup files after you download them. When I took a look at your account you had 3 backups that were each about 190 MB. I deleted all but the newest for you so your account wouldn't be suspended again for the same thing, but in the future you need to delete your own files.
