heliohost user: eplanet2 server: Stevie domain: emerald-planet.org I checked the website a few minutes ago to see that the account was suspended. The last thing I was doing with the website was working on mailing lists of our contacts.

Sorry about that. It seems that we keep expanding the website and our backups go over the indicated memory. Any suggestions as to how I can go about keeping the memory usage within the 500MB? Thanks for your help.

Heliohost main domain: www.emerald-planet.org I think the reason my account was suspended was because I (temporarily) went past the storage size available, and the reason for that was because I made a full backup of the website and that is instantly stored on the webhost, but I delete the older backup to make space for the new one. I have done this before but I do not know why I was suspended this time... Thanks for your help.
