appsv Posted November 4, 2011 Posted November 4, 2011 Hello, My account has gone from working into queued when I tried to switch the current main domain "appsv.heliohost.org" to "appseresvivos.pt". I was unsuccessful with both the support script in the heliohost page and the parked domain in cPanel. The server is "stevie" and the username is "appsv". Thank you.
cl58 Posted November 4, 2011 Posted November 4, 2011 Have you changed the name servers of appseresvivos.pt to ns1.heliohost.org and ns2.heliohost.org?Have you waited 24-48 hours?
appsv Posted November 4, 2011 Author Posted November 4, 2011 Yes, I already checked that it's pointing to the correct nameservers. Also, It has been almost a week now. When accessing the address appseresvivos.pt directly It shows an account queued from heliohost.
Krydos Posted November 5, 2011 Posted November 5, 2011 It's showing queued because you don't have the domain parked or associated with your account. Queued just means that there is no record of that domain so apache doesn't know what account to serve and it assumes your account is brand new and hasn't finished being created yet. You can't use the main domain switch tool because of our weird database error has yours and many other stevie accounts not listed in it. Have you tried parking the domain again on your cPanel after I ran the corrupt domain fixing script?
appsv Posted November 6, 2011 Author Posted November 6, 2011 Thank you for checking the problem, but when I try to park the domain through cPanel it gives me the "Error from park wrapper: appseresvivos.pt is owned by another user."
