Hello, My account has gone from working into queued when I tried to switch the current main domain "appsv.heliohost.org" to "appseresvivos.pt". I was unsuccessful with both the support script in the heliohost page and the parked domain in cPanel. The server is "stevie" and the username is "appsv". Thank you.
