Krydos Posted September 15, 2011 Share Posted September 15, 2011 Part of your account being suspended is all your passwords are scrambled so you cannot log in, and since the tool to unsuspend accounts is currently broken we still cannot restore suspended accounts back to normal. My account was suspended as a result of inactivity - I used the re-activate link and it was not re-activated. I logged into my cPanel about 10 days ago, but the account still became marked as inactive. Your account has been unsuspended.
