Hi Team, Previously i was using Tommy server. After my account got archived i opened a support request https://www.helionet.org/index/topic/40988-suspended-my-account-is-suspended/ and heliohost team has sent me a new invitiation link for tommy. But whenever i visit that link and try to signup for the same, i am always getting Tommy as "Full". So i am not able to signup for Tommy. After so many tries i got Johny as a server. Can you please migrate my account from Johny to Tommy as previous. Thanks in advance.

I followed the exact steps to running a python file. first i created a python script in public_html/cgi-bin then I started the python script with #!/usr/bin/python3.7 print("Content-Type: text/html\n\n") print("Example") which shoud give me the text "Example" when I visit sangwoo.heliohost.org/cgi-bin/really.py but it does not work. when i visit the url, it gives me a 404 error, not a 500 or any other error Also, when i visit the sangwoo.heliohost.org it saids "Ahoy! You're seeing this page because HelioHost has not gotten about to installing and configuring your account yet. This process usually takes 24 hours, and once it is complete your website should show up properly. While the account is being created we suggest taking a look at your control panel." does this mean that when I wait, It will work?

Hi My site on Johnny http://crplus.heliohost.org/ was working this afternoon, now I fiddled with the SSL certificates and now the http and http url do not work and it is queued when i use ip address assigned to it. can you help out? What did I wrong regards Dude

Hello, I've added a domain to my account. ( it is zdroj.ml ) I didn't point that nameservers, but I used A points for Ricky as it works for my main domain. (NS goes to Cloudflare) But after three days I have this domain still in queue. I don't think it's problem with my cache. I tried cleaning cache on Edge and Internet Explorer with no change. Can you please help me? Thank you so much.

Hello, I am having a small issue here, whenever I use my custom domain ( which I added through cpanel ), it redirects me to the "Account Queued" page ( I have this account for more than 24 hours ). Now what is weird is that it doesn't do that with "subdomain.heliohost.org" adress it is also using the "cgi-sys" which I can't seem to find on public_html. ( I have attached a few screenshots of that issue ) More information: Server used: Ricky Adress that is not working: superdisbot.tk Adress that is working but this is not the one I want to use: l4f4go.heliohost.org Also no need to worry about the SSL certificate being invalid on the heliohost adress it's totally normal. Thanks in advance. -
hh_username: phantom2 (I already had an account under the same email for my new account. Something happened and it wouldn't allow me to login to my cpanel or open my site.) server: Johnny main domain: phantom2.heliohost.org I cleared the cache as recommend. I know that johnny can take sometime to activate accounts but I don't even get the option to login and refresh the page. cpanel might not be working or I'm just being really impatient. Also just wondering. When will there be enough space on Ricky for more users?

I entered name server setting in my domain provider site [namecheap]. It's been a week. but I still get "Account Queued" message. I cleared my browser cache. Use VPN. Called up a friend to check for me. Additionally, I believe I set "Addon Domain" settings. I think they are fine. But If I want to add it again now, it gives me a Apache error. Please guide me to solve this problem. I can start over the whole thing if necessary. My site is still placeholder.
