Hi, I'm using Heliohost from 2017. But this month I faced problem. I got an email stating that I have not logged in since last one month. I generally directly log into my CPanel. But Still I logged in into the heliohost.org at least thrice a month. Today my account got suspended and I have to reactive my account. So will you please let me know why I'm facing such a problem? Quoting a part of the mail: "Your hosting plan at HelioHost has been discontinued for inactivity. In order to keep your website active you must log into your control panel at least once every 30 days. The last time you logged in was 2018-04-28. All visitors to your domain(s) will now see an inactive page instead of your original content. " - Thanks, Rajarshi Bhadra

I got this mensage when I tried to log in: Your account has been archived due to inactivity. To keep your account active you need only log in to heliohost.org at least once every 30 days. Failure to log in often enough results in your account being flagged as inactive. If you would like to continue using this account you will need to request that an admin unarchive it.
