I totally understand if it is caused by features not available yet (or even removed ones) but since I'm not sure if that's the case I'm posting here to get some help (aka: to know if I didn't screw up when restoring my backup). Is it possible to have it back on Plesk? On cPanel I used Grav as my CMS/blog system as an alternative to WordPress. When trying to install it on Plesk I get a 500 error apparently because of its ".htaccess" file saying "Options not allowed here". Is it possible to check what are these not allowed options? I couldn't find on Plesk logs.

Hey, guys, are you ok? What's happening? Almost everytime I try a connection via FTP, I see an error or problem. Even when I'm using the DB, I also see Internal Server Error 500. And when I load some page this shows up: Internal Server Error The server encountered an internal error or misconfiguration and was unable to complete your request. Please contact the server administrator at webmaster@bla-bla-bla to inform them of the time this error occurred, and the actions you performed just before this error. More information about this error may be available in the server error log. Additionally, a 500 Internal Server Error error was encountered while trying to use an ErrorDocument to handle the request. Sorry, but this has delayed my work. Since yesterday I'm trying to finish a task, and I can't because of those issues I've mentioned. I was told it was due to a high load in server. Is there anything you're doing to solve the problem? Sorry for the complaint.

Hello everybody ! I tried to do this tutorial : http://wiki.helionet.org/Django . Unfortunately, it doesn't work at all. All I have is a 500 error : I think I made everything required, but unfortunately, that didn't work. However, there's something that I probably made bad : where should I put the .htcaccess ? IMHO, this could be better explained in the tutorial. And maybe there is a problem with the .htaccess example and the tree output provided below : it seems that only one 'hello' dir exist, but the .htaccess seems to require two : 'hello/hello/' If I have enough help, I'm volunteer to modify the wiki (if necessary). Hello, I have a configured subdomain on my main domain at http://blog.studentmanifesto.to . Since yesterday every time I try to visit I get an error 500. I have checked the server's settings from my side at least and I could not find any misconfigurations. I saw a post in this forum that was suggesting to change the database address from localhost to 127.0.0.1, but it was recommended for Johnny. What should I do ? Thanks in advance.

So I'm new to HelioHost and created a domain not long ago. I uploaded my own web page in a html file which works perfectly, but I also want to be able to execute a python script with cgi from it. I tried executing my Python script from the html page in my own local server and it works fine, but when I upload both the html and my python script (the latest on the cgi-bin folder) it doesn't work. The code in the html is the next : <form action="/cgi-bin/script.py" method"GET"> <fieldset> <br>First seiyuu:<br> <input type="text" name="name"> <br>Second seiyuu:<br> <input type="text" name="name"> <br><input type="submit" value="Submit"><br> </fieldset> </form> Pretty much I just execute my 'script.py' when you click the submit button. My index.html and all the files in the cgi-bin (including the folder itself) have the permissions set to 755 (All can be full executable). I cannot use Perl in stevie server. My script is in folder www/cgi-bin and also chmod 0755. and I have put #!/use/bin/perl as the first line. My log is clear. But I get error 500 when running a .pl http://testperl.tk/cgi-bin/test.pl
