    The outage was caused by a DoS attack out of Liberia that ran the server out of memory. Additional abuse prevention has been implemented to mitigate this specific type of attack going forward. Tommy is back online.

    Johnny supports up to Asp.net 3.5, and Tommy supports up to Asp.net 4.6. Ricky does not have Asp.net at all. So the best choice is to choose Tommy.
