I but i noticed that my old domain luan.heliohost.org is not there. Is possible to add luan.heliohost.org again and keep the luan.eng.br domain. My account is luanreis.

You should be able to signup with both that same username and domain name: http://bybyron.net/helio/sign-up.php If for some reason that username doesn't work, then yes try a different username with the same domain name. I did this procedure, But in backup file luan_luan.sql it is ike the database was empty... Then when I import there are no tables or data. I think I may lost everything. I made the backup in 11/07/2016, I think in this day I couldn't access the database.
