There are currently two accounts using the same domain, which is breaking the domain: bhrgc (QUEUED FOR DELETION) highroll (ACTIVE) You can't have two accounts with the same domain at one time. The account 'bhrgc' needed a chance to delete before you created your new account. You will need to wait for bhrgc to be deleted (within 48 hours), and wait an additional 24 hours for the DNS to properagate. If the DNS hasn't properigrated by then, I will have to escalate this as it seems the domain has failed and the old records need deleted. In the wiki, it clearly states that you should have waited 48 hours.

Yeah You could probably null them by not following the License issues (like GPL or something like that). Anyways, null versions are illegal, so nobody host them on HelioHost... if somebody could be bothered to do what Krydos said. Probably a joke.

Look at this code: /usr/local/apache/htdocs/captcha_config.php You do not have access to that, since you are only permitted to access files within your own home directory*, like: /home1/adamlg/public_html/captcha_config.php *with some exceptions

Yes, SSH is too risky, and we would have to carry out lots of security audits (which we start but never finished) and patch up alot of disabilities. We don't want a repeat of what happened after Johnny was launched. If you need to run a command, let us know.

Which commands do you want to run, and we can run it for you. Also, username, domain, server?

I can see an active account in the database named 'sdk'. However, the domain is 'superdreamkilla'. There is no .com, .net, .heliohost.org or any ending. Could you use the domains script to change the domain to the correct one?

There was a weird database entry on your account. I have fixed the issue; your site is loading perfectly. If you still see the Suspended page please clear your cache. In other words, you were 'falsely suspended'.

Thank you to everybody who participated in the HelioHost survey. We have received many requests, suggestions, and feedback through this survey, and we greatly appreciate it. I am proud to say that we have just hit 100 users completing the survey, therefore the survey is finished and the results are in! Below are some graphs containing the results of the first few question. Many of the suggestions for the service we offer were related to the stability and uptime. As you may know, we are working on fixing the problems with Stevie, and we cannot make Johnny any more stable since he runs dangerous services (ASP.NET, Java/JSP, Ruby on Rails) and we cannot disable any of these services since they are all widely used by our customers. Currently, Johnny has double the amount of accounts that on Stevie, putting extra pressure on Johnny. When Stevie has been fixed, the users on Stevie will have a massive benefit.
