That is simple Flash and Javascript (to resize and move the windows)... u've got to keep the timing correct so that it appears to move out of one window into another.

Go to Tools> Folder Options in My Computer. Scroll down until u get HTML extension. Click on Change and change the program from MS Word to IE/FF. If there's an 'edit' option, you can also change the default editing program to be Notepad. If u need more help, do post back.

I agree... Google Talk is just Skype with some features of a messenger... on the other hand, Yahoo messenger is a full-fledged messenger with a Skype-like feature.
