Just please try and be patient Axl777. As everyone is trying to explain to you, the up-time is improving and djbob is working well with whatever it was he needed to sort out. Also, try to remember, you are using a free service here and it is extremely difficult to maintain something like this in the best of times. Maybe you could use your time to offer help rather than just complaining.

Alright. So I have used ftp to upload all the files I need for my forum. But for some reason it won't let me go to the install page. It should just be http://demonknightz.heliohost.org/forum/install/, but it won't bring up the page. It just tells me I don't have the permission to access the page. Now before you ask yes I have already gone in and changed all the file permissions through the cpanel. This includes store, cache, files and images/avatars/upload. Plus the config file. So I really have no idea what is standing in the way of my forum becoming a reality. Anyone have any ideas?

Ummm.... Hello again Names DemonKnightz, real name Christian. 18 so done with all that schooling crap. Love multimedia and therefore love web design. Signed up here a while ago, but due to the downtime of the site left shortly after. I had a project due where I had to have a site up in a week and all the errors here made that impossible. But now the other host has been down for about a week so i'm coming back here. Hurray for both my forum account and web page still being here. So now hopefully i'll settle into the community here and everyone will be nice. I know I was impressed by most of the people's friendliness when I was around here before. I am sorry to say that I am using a different host now due to a few problems I had with my cpanel. What is most annoying is that after just checking moments ago its all working, but it's a bit late now. You may now delete my account http://demonknightz.heliohost.org and even my account here on the forums if you wish as I most likely won't be coming back. Thank you for your sevice though.

Well I can't use the account seeing as though I went for a top-level domain, but that might really get irritating if people worked out how to do it.

.......This day is really just turning out to be one failure after another for me...... Thank you Wizard, your help has left me in your debt. Once again, sorry :'( OK. Djbob. The first error was the site taking like 15 minutes saying it was creating things for me. Unfortunetly the error that ended up appearing came up yesterday, so i'm not sure what it said anymore. But, after you told me the user name wasn't there, I tried to sign up again with Marbas. Still getting errors. "We're sorry, but that username has already been taken. Please go back and enter a different username." So this is why I thought you might be able to delete it.....

Ahhh, cool. Thanks for the information. You wouldn't happen to know how I would go about deleting my previous accounts would you?

But when I read it, I swear it said I could have the domain if I posted on the forum 500 or so times a year. But OK, thanks for the info. So I'll have to register my domain before that site could work. Hmmm, can one of the administrators delete that site then? I guess I will have to be satisfied with a sub-domain for now. Sorry for the stupid question. Also, the account name Marbas, I used it to sign up before, and the site died while trying to create my site. So now the user name is used, but there's no site. So can someone also clear that name from the system. Once again, I'm sorry for the stupid mistakes. I'm alright at HTML, but the whole web hosting thing is new to me.

Why is it that after signing up and waiting for a few days now, I still don't have an account that works? I signed up correctly and all, but when I went to sign into the cpannel, it told me login attempt failed. Also, when I try to go to my site link, the browser is telling me address not found. www.DemonKnightz.net
