If you just want the domain changed, let us know what you want it to be and we'll change it on your existing account. Or, we can reset the account. During that process, you'll have the option to change the domain. > > You may view the status of your ticket by visiting: > > https://helionet.org/index/index.php?showtopic=58515 > > Thank you, > HelioHost support > https://heliohost.org/ > https://helionet.org/ >@heliohost.org>
  4. Username: N/A, Server: N/A, Main Domain: N/A Hello, We are in the process of creating our non-profit association in France and we would like to have a small web hosting. Unfortunately we can't register on Jonnhy in time and our bank accounts are not yet created so we don't even have a dollar to give. Is it possible to get web hosting? Sincerely

  8. Hello, Thank you. When trying to do the password reset it keeps saying: The connection has timed out An error occurred during a connection to tommy2.heliohost.org. Thank you for all your help! 9. Hello, Thank you for this. I was not aware of the incremental backup. I will try to adjust that ASAP. Thank you for investigating this. I cannot access Plesk still though. Are you able to help me my deleting all the backup data? Perhaps this will help. Thank you very much! Best regards, Daniel Gustafsson On 23/12/21 06:04PM, HelioHost Support wrote: > You had like 50 incremental backups which were taking up almost 800 MB of your 1000 MB limit. You have to keep in mind that your backups count towards your total disk usage, and if you don't delete them occasionally you will get suspended eventually. You can also download the backups and keep them on your personal computer if you don't want to delete them. 19. My developer fixed the problem so by the time you checked it was working. The developer said: "have to change urls from http to https and re zip them" and also he has to "change the urls in app zip file" to match the change. So please keep this information said so next time you get a customer asking for help you can tell him what is needed. But a developer is needed for this kind of thing.
