Username: denisov, Server: Tommy, Main domain: denisov5.heliohost.org Hello, I will be sure to login more regularly. I am a friend of Byron Dallas and appreciate your hosting service. I made a contribution not long ago and it was my understanding that would keep my account from being considered inactive. Regardless, I will login regularly now, Thank you... I'm aware that the user accounts on the VPS itself are "my thing". Nevertheless I would prefer to have the consistency of Gbrl as username on heliohost.org too. I mean for the account which controls the VPS. Is that possible? Hi there, To clarify, is the "Tommy" account the same as the "Gbrl" account that I mentioned in my previous email? If I delete it, can the username be transferred to the gbd/paid account? I almost have it working. After waiting a bit more than 2 hours I?m getting this error: ? This seems odd because that config.hosts is already in the environment.rb file: ? Maybe I have something else messed up? Bob ------------------- Robert J. Username: nunki, Server: Tommy, Main domain: manotice.fr Dear Helioho team, First of all thank you, i'm new to Heliohost and have just set the "manotice.fr" mail part and it works like a charm. Btw on plesk the website status is voluntarily "Suspended" as i'm using a dedicated Scaleway external web server (fastcgi C#). Would it be possible for you to add my other domain "mondocument.fr" to my account please ? I have already set the dns zone with the Heliohost NS + MX. I will mainly use it for a few e-mail exchanges. As for the other domain "manotice.fr", the current website will remain on the dedicated Scaleway external web server (fastcgi C#). Server used : Tommy My account username : Nunki Domain name to add : mondocument.fr Many thanks in advance, Kind regards Philippe (Nunki)
