Hi, I believe my ruby app requires the mongrel gem for your server and needs bundle install run from the terminal? Otherwise, I'm not quite sure why it won't run, it works from localhost fine. Hi Support Team, I would like to know when will have my account installed and configured? Based on this link: http://65.19.143.6/cgi-sys/defaultwebpage.cgi, the account should *usually be ready in 24 hours*, I hope my case is not unusual? I have already pointed my domain name to your name servers about a week ago. *ns1.heliohost.org and ns2.heliohost.org * I look forward to hearing from you?

Hi, Earlier I tried adding the domain emptypromises.org to my account on Johnny (username: kodachrm). However, the process timed-out and said it couldn't finish adding the domain, and the domain wasn't listed in my list of addons. When I tried again, cPanel said there was already an entry for emptypromises.org in Apache's config. I also noticed cPanel created a DNS zone for the domain too. Is there any way you can remove cPanel configuration info related to emptypromises.org, so I can properly add the domain to my Addon Domains? Thanks, Jake
