    When I checked subdomains at the WHM this morning on his account, nothing was showing for the username rux. I thought when somebody created an Addon Domain it automatically created the subdomain?

    How long ago did you create your main domain? Ok the domain phcrackers.net has been removed from the dns cluster.

    When I first checked his account for being suspended, it was for high load. After unsuspending it, it was showing unsuspended from the ACP this morning but was still returning the suspended page even after clearing my cache. Glad it's working now.
