  1. Right now your account is still showing as being queued but your nameserver provider should still let you point your domain to us so that when you do become active your site will be ready to go. Due to a huge back log in registrations new accounts have been slow to come out of queue. Please give it another 24 hours.
  2. Sometimes it can take up to 48 hours to see the changes but you still need to go to your nameserver provider and make sure you have your domain pointed to us.

  4. How long ago did you change the nameserver? As of the time of this post your not pointed to heliohost. Check dns status here
  5. Point your domain to our nameservers: ns1.heliohost.org ns2.heliohost.org Then give it 24 hours. Post back if you still can't see your domain.

  9. We don't have a reset for accounts. We could delete your account and then you could re-register.
  10. Make another post in this thread with your domain name and username and tell the admin. how long it has been since you added the addon domains.
  11. The cpanel people were working on the addon domain issue a few days ago. Try adding your domains again and let me know how it goes.
  12. The only place for you to get help for your account is here at the forums. Give your addon domains 48 hours to appear. If you don't see them then post back.
  13. What I meant by "not seeing any records", was that your domain name isn't showing any nameserver records. You need to go to where you registered your domain name and point your domain name to our nameservers.
  14. Start another topic in Customer Service and give your domain name and username and the day you registered (2010-01-20) and say that your account is still in the Queue and I'll escalate it.

  16. It will delete itself if you'll just not login to your cpanel for 30 days.

  18. What's your heliohost domain name, your parked domain name and your username. Also make sure you have pointed your domain to our nameservers: ns1.heliohost.org ns2.heliohost.org

  20. I thought I remembered reading something about htaccess files being changed at the cpanel. From the FrontPage Extension Manager:

I'm seeing your site ok and when I go to this url I'm getting a password prompt. http://mamk.heliohost.org/cpanel I've never used Frontpage Extensions but I do know you can't set up password protected directories using the cpanel Password Protected Directories unless you remove frontpage extensions first. So I'm sure that is where your issue lies. If your going to use frontpage extensions than you need to set up your protected directories through it some how.

  23. This support request is being escalated to our root admin. Domain: jswill.co.cc Username: jswill Registered: 2010-01-20 It was still showing as Queued this morning and I tried to reset it to Active but it didn't seem to help.
  24. EDIT: Please start a new topic when posting about another domain. I can change your domain name but you need to post me the domain names and your username.
  25. Your account was still showing as being queued. I've reset it as being active. Check it in an hour and let me know.
