is the registration really working?

hello. i am having a lot of problems with my acc. could any1 just reset it to its original state? thanks

i also tryed a lot of other free hosting services and this one IS THE BEST ONE AROUND. well, at least i though it about 10 days ago when i got a problem on my account that no1 can solve. the admin could do it quite fast i think, but he's not around and it seems to me that he left the "second in charge" position open. it is very frustrating since i really needed the space for a website that would help my classmates and some personal projects. even though, im still waiting. like i said, this is the best one that i ever tried. i know that the admin must have some serious personal problems and i wish he can solve or recover from them fast (i don't wish any1 more problems than the life pose already). so i finish thanking the admin for this effort and telling that although im sad with this situation, this host do NOT suck.

the account queued page started to show about 6 days to a week ago. yes, i can still log on my cpanel and use ftp, but nothing that i tryed to do worked. i just home djbob comes back soon, so he can help solve this issue.

Give it about 24hrs to 48hrs and hopefully your site will reappear. man, the site is down for about 5 days! i need some 1 to reset my account so i can upload everything again. is there only 1 admin? can any1 else reset my acc?

no. i deleted the "exchange2009.co.cc" folder that was created when i registered and addon domain. but now, even my old domain "http://gffcoutinho.heliohost.org/" is not working. it keeps showing another page that says account queued. is there anyway to solve this?

(http://www.dnsquery.org/dnsquery/exchange2009.co.cc/ANY) the problem is that i think i deleted a folder. and more than that, there is no add on domain registered in my control panel, but the system created a folder for my website when i registered it the first time.

everything was normal and i was happily using my acount. then i created a .co.cc domain and waited about 3 days for the dns replication. i added that domain to my account using the add-on domain account. the page said everything would be set up in 24 hours. then the cpanel stopped showing the addon domain i just created. about 2 days later, i tryed to delete the folder that the addon domain option in cpanel just created. i couldnt. now, i cant see any webpage in my account. even in the public_html directory. could anyone help me out? i really need to get this to work asap. thanks

ok no problem I hope he comes out soon! well, you can still do things while it's on "maintenance". grab a copy of TOAD for MySQL(for this database it's freeware). since you still have access to user and database creation, you're good to go.

well, i know it's no good when myphpadmin is not working but this is a change to use another tools. download toad for mysql (it's for windows) and you're good to go. it's a great tool. better than phpmyadmin imho. i used to use it heavly with oracle databases.

well, could you explain how to make it work? i'm kinda having the same problem now... all my heliohost.org emails sent to yahoo or hotmail/live are being blocked, so i'm trying to bypass it by using my gmail email.

well, it's all working now... but this lasted for 12 hours =(.

All was working well yesterday, but today i can't access my cpanel (it just wont load.). I tried uploading some contend too and it always fail (the server receives the file but times out to register it.). Could you guys help me with this issue? Thanks.
