You need to post your username and domain name.

The zip should work fine. Try unzipping it without renaming the directory and only changing the path.

Did you chmod your .python_egg_cache directory to 777?

That error has nothing to do with php working on your site. To check for php, create a page and call it "info.php" and add this code to it: <?php phpinfo(); ?> I'll go ahead and escalate this to djbob so you can install wordpress from Fantastico.

Are you using an FTP program to ftp your wordpress? Why not install wordpress from Fantastico at your cpanel?

I just got this working with djbob's help yesterday: http://byrondallas.heliohost.org/djangotest/dispatch.wsgi Unzip this in your public_html directory and it will create a directory called 'djangotest' with all of the test files. Just make sure you change the paths. http://byrondallas.heliohost.org/djangotest.zip

It's probably going to be another 2 or 3 days at the most. The server has been trying to catchup from a backlog of new accounts.

Yes just register with a heliohost subdomain: me.heliohost.org Then when you get your domain you can add it as a Parked Domain.
