  1. Refresh your browser's cache.
  2. Give it 24 hours to show in your cpanel and if it still doesn't work post back with your domain name and username.
  3. We don't meter bandwidth anymore, but that's not to say you can abuse it. Quoted from the Administrator No that wouldn't be against the TOS. But if you didn't actually just have to run all 4 every day you could run two one day and the next two the next day and alternate like that. Or you could use includes to run your cron scripts too. No, you cURL scripts should run fine without any useragent.
  4. Your ok. I'm seeing your account as still being in the queue. You should be up around 7:00 am PST tomorrow.
  5. Your account is still in the queued state. It may become active today or tomorrow. You need to login to your registrar to set the dns to us. ns1.heliohost.org ns2.heliohost.org
  6. Ok your domain name is now: aisoftsolution.com It may take 24 hours to resolve and you may or may not still be able to login through the link in my signature. Also you know you still need to point aisoftsolution.com to our nameservers?
  7. It probaby got deleted because of inactivity. You need to login to your cpanel at least once every 30 days. Good luck with your new site.
  8. I'm not seeing any Nameserver records for your domain. You need to either have your registrar or you need to point your domain to: ns1.heliohost.org ns2.heliohost.org EDIT: I just did some checking and I'm seeing your nameservers now. The problem seems to be on our end. Hopefully your account shuld come out of the queued state in the next few hours. I'll keep an eye on it and if it doesn't I'll escalate this to the root admin.
  9. I'm seeing your last login as yesterday so you should be ok. Just make sure you login once every 30 days.
  10. That should work but you might want to start using the link in my sig for awhile and see if that works for you.
  11. Web Disk went down a few weeks back and since nobody has complained until now we just didn't bother with it. Escalating to djbob.
  12. Wait 24 hours and see if it still shows aisoftsolution.com as a Parked Domain at your cpanel then post back here and let me know. If it has been deleted, and if you want, I can change your domain to aisoftsolution.com.
  13. What url are you using to login with?
  14. It will come out of the queued state automatically after the server does a restart. If you want me to change your heliohost sub-domain to aisoftsolution.com, you'll have to delete aisoftsolution.com as a parked domain first. Why not just leave it the way it is? Nobody will know the difference and if your .com domain expires you'll still have the heliohost sub-domin name.
  15. I'm still seeing the 503 error and your site is showing as active. Have you uploaded any files to your site or made any changes at your cpanel?
  16. I'm seeing you pointed to us when I do a WHOIS. Go ahead and create a new account if you like but if you want to use both domains, one will either have to be a Parked Domain or an Addon Domain. Your only allowed one account per person.
  17. This support request is being escalated to our root admin.
  18. Moving to Customer Service... If this is your account then your up again: adrenalin.heliohost.org Refresh your browser's cache if you don't see it. In the future please post your username and domain name when you need help with your account.
  19. Are you sure that's the correct domain name? I'm not seeing that in our database.
  20. Hopefully it will be back up in the next couple of weeks. Keep checking the updates in the News forum.
  21. This support request is being escalated to our root admin.
  22. It looks like your ready to go now. I'm seeing your index.php now. The reason your seeing that code instead of it executing the script is becasue you forgot the php tags. <?php & ?> Go ahead and create an index.html file if that is what you intend to use.
  23. You can keep up with what's going on in the News
  24. This support request is being escalated to our root admin.
  25. Your site was in the "Inactive" state. I've reactivated it. If your not seeing it still, refresh your browser's cache. Also make sure you login to your cpanel every 30 days.
