I've just made a check and saw that all accounts created on and after 2010-12-16 are still in the queued state. I made a note of it to djbob and it maybe that we've just had a backlog of new accounts? Anyway just try to be patient and if your site still isn't up in a couple of days let us know.
You probably won't see a change until the server does a restart and it only does that once every 24 hours. If you don't see the new name at your cpanel this time tomorrow, refresh your browser's cache.
Ok your domain name is now:
wokanxing.info
Don't forget to point your domain to our nameservers if you haven't already.
ns1.heliohost.org
ns2.heliohost.org
Just incase that happens again I just modified this php script to recursively chmod all files and folders (including sub-folders & files) to the correct permissions and then delete folder and files (incuding sub-folders & files).
http://byrondallas.heliohost.org/temp/recu...files_chmod.txt
Be careful when runing this script. There is no recovering of files after the script is run.
Try running this perl script and don't forget to chmod it to 755.
#!/usr/bin/perl -w
print "Content-Type: text/html\n\n";
system 'rm -r "/home/gfishing/public_html/drupal" 2>&1';
You might try going through here at work before you give up.
http://cpanel.heliohost.org
If later you still have a problem I can reset your passord for you since the auto reset seems to be down.
Moving to Customer Service.
You still need to point your domain to our nameservers. Right now your still pointing to officelive.com
http://byrondallas.heliohost.org/php/tools....com&rec=NS
You should still be able to login to your account through the login link in my sig though.
It needs an html header.
#!/usr/bin/perl
print "Content-type: text/html\n\n";
print "Hello World.\n";
Or try this and then look at the source code:
#!/usr/bin/perl -w
use CGI ':standard';
print header,
start_html('My Hello World'),
h1('My Hello World'),
"Hello World",
hr,
end_html;
Hi, while i am waiting...why I can not access the cpanel to set up my site? Ain't i supposed to be able to do it? I ve created the helioshost account two days ago and I can not login in to the cpanel yet.
Thanks in advance.
I wasn't seeing any DNS records until today which would have kept you from logging in. Also I'm still seeing your site as being queued. Evidently we've had a backlog of new accounts which is why some are slower in coming active. Give it another 24 hours and you should be up and running.
Give it another 24 hours and use the same password you registered with. Also I'm not seeing any NS records for that domain name, do you own that domain?
This support request is being escalated to our root admin.
Seems this is already an Addon Domain on another site.

Nilustra do you have another account with us using this domain name as an addon domain? Seems somebody is using it as an addon domain.
