Tell her to screenshot it. Take the screenshot and post it here. It could be possible that that user has malware on her computer that's causing redirects. Ask her if this is occurring at any other time with any other websites.

Did you set the nameservers to ns1.heliohost.org and ns2.heliohost.org? Did you wait a day or two for it to work? Did you register with Heliohost?

Have you tried the webmail frontends to the helihost mail? Could be a config issue with Outlook. Have any good suggestions of free ones? The ones I've seen are pay. ...Cpanel comes with free web mail clients (Cpanel > Mail > Webmail). Are we talking about the same thing here?

No, register, I sign up it says it worked, I get an email saying account installed, then the group name one telling me to re sign up. Paste what it said exactly.
