Sometimes the server can be fussy and reject new accounts. Wait for djbob.

Use parked domains, not addon.

You'd get more help if you post the domain and the username you tried to register with.

You tried to sign up too many times and now it doesn't like you. One account per person.

Apache needs to restart in order for your changes to to take effect. It restarts once per day. Thus, you usually need to wait a day for your domain to show up.

What is the error? Account limit resets at midnight PST.

Try setting .htaccess to 755.
