Both your accounts are fine. Try refreshing your cache. Like the Support FAQ (which you should read) says: "If you just registered, please wait 48 hours for your cPanel account to become active."
During that time, the server was having trouble processing accounts, though no one else has reported the problem you have. If you keep getting emails, make sure to let us know. Sorry for the trouble.
