    You have to append your username to your database when asked of it. For example, if I had a databased called phpbb, it would actually be wizard_phpbb. The same applies to users. You should also double check your php code with a php forum. They most likely know more than we do about php and will be able to help you debug it.

    @overnight: That form contacts the cPanel folks, not Heliohost. We're two different entities. If you have problems, you want to use THESE forums. @Everyone: Read.

    but where can i checkout in cpanel? The stats on the left side of cPanel is about as close as you'll get to usage information. I don't think cPanel provides the cpu usage exactly though. Why would you need this?

    There is no limit on cpu usage. We limit cron jobs, which limits how much of a strain you'll put on the server. We also will remove code that cause problems, but that's about it.
